INDUSTRIAL METAL is a Kontakt open-format library. This means you need a full version of Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher. The free Kontakt Player does not fully support open-format libraries and can only run them in "demo mode" which times out. The Kontakt Library tab also doesn't support open-format Kontakt libraries, so drag and drop the .nki file from the INDUSTRIAL METAL folder onto Kontakt or use the File browser tab. You can also import INDUSTRIAL METAL into the Kontakt database and your Quickload tool for quick navigation and loading.
